The Department of Curriculum and Instruction oversees all aspects of teaching and learning, including instructional programs, teacher professional development, school effectiveness and improvement efforts, community outreach, special projects and programs, federal programs, educational technology, school to work, career and technical education, grant management, and implementation of state and federal guidelines.
